Preparing the altar for weekly and special worship.
This ministry of the church is focused on the preparation of the altar and chancel areas for our weekly worship. The Altar Guild is entrusted with the privilege of readying these areas of the church by preparing and placing its furnishings for corporate worship (i.e. the elements for celebrating Holy Communion, the altar candles, the sanctuary candle and the chancel flowers).
We are a Lutheran community dedicated to being God's hands in the world.
