Padonia International Elementary School Partnership

Padonia International Elementary School Partnership

Faith's partnership with Padonia International Elementary School began in 2017 when Nancy Kennedy and Mark Carroll teamed up with school administrators to offer a community Health Fair. In addition to immunizations and other heath screenings, organizations from around the county offered details about their services, including a local gym and the Cockeysville Library. Fair goers also received fresh produce from First Fruits Farm and non-perishable food from a community food drive. The Health Fair took a three-year hiatus during the COVID pandemic and resumed in 2022, when it was renamed the Nancy Kennedy Community Health Fair in honor of Faith's beloved original chairperson, who passed in July 2022. Seeing the extent of the nutrition needs of the Padonia community prompted Faith's leadership to embark on a food ministry which encourages continuous food donations and monthly food distributions.
