Stream Cleanup Reminder and New Lenten Items from Pastor Karen

This week, we see Ezekiel's valley of dry bones and the sealed tomb of Lazarus. We witness Jesus' compassion in his tears for Mary's pain and God's power in raising Lazarus from death. Come to worship, amazed that God can and does give life in the midst of death and hope in the midst of loss.

Padonia Request and Spring Cleaning Drive Update

This week, we see a blind man in the scriptures. But then we note how Jesus sees him. Our Gospel lesson today reminds us that God redeems pain and corrects our assumptions. The man that is healed is not an object for pity, but one given a task to aid his healing. Come to worship, grateful that Jesus is the light of the world, removing darkness and healing our vision in all ways.

Saturday Wedding Invitation and Bells are Back this Season

Our Gospel lesson today centers around an unexpected request. Jesus, our Living Water, asks a Samaritan woman for a drink. Her confusion is evident in her own questions but from them, she shares her hope for the messiah. Jesus reveals that he is that person. In her haste to tell her neighbors, she leaves her unneeded water jar behind. Come to worship, grateful that Jesus is the well we need, even when we are seeking our wellness in everywhere else.
